These terms govern your use of lunesleep.co.uk and any purchase you make from LUNE Sleep Ltd ("LUNE", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email — this is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via Shopify Payments. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process, including an important exception for opened hygiene products.

6. Faulty or damaged goods

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to, and are not affected by, our returns policy. Contact hello@lunesleep.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

7. Product use and safety

LUNE products are designed for external, overnight use as described on our product pages. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, including sleep apnoea. If you have a known adhesive allergy or sensitive skin, we recommend patch-testing on your inner wrist before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience irritation. If you have a diagnosed breathing or sleep condition, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the LUNE name, logo, star mark, product designs, photography, and copy — is owned by LUNE Sleep Ltd and protected by UK trademark and copyright law (UK trademark registration UK00004381146). You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
