Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom & Europe.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days of purchase, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking within 2 working days of ordering, contact hello@lunesleep.co.uk.

Delays

While we aim to meet the timeframes above, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas). We'll let you know if there's a significant delay to your order.

Missing or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of the estimated delivery window, email hello@lunesleep.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier and resolve it — either by locating your parcel or sending a replacement.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@lunesleep.co.uk — we can amend it before dispatch, but can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
